Помогите пожалуйста!
Здравствуйте. После того как я однажды выключил без всяких происшедствий компьютер у меня появился синий экран.
Там написано:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers.
Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

что делать?

вообще никак не запускается ни в безопасном режиме не в обычном. во всех режимах такая проблема. как быть? Кстати в обычном режиме синий экран появляется после загрузки виндоус хп, когда вместо него должен появляться рабочий стол.ПОМОГИИИТЕ
